This condo is in Torre Pacifica #304 but is on the 5th floor.There is under ground parking,heated pool,Hot tub and a beautiful pool area with wifi.
Kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances,with plenty of glasses,silverware and dishes and anything else you would need.Breakfast bar and 2 stools.
There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.
The spare room has 2 beds and a 3 piece bath which has 2 entrances.The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private 3 piece bath and a balcony which is shared with the living room.
Living room is well furnished c/w flat screen smart tv and satellite.Internet and phone are also included.Phone service includes no long distance to Mexico,Usa or Canada.
Building has 24 hour security and is quiet.There are only 23 units in the building but only 15 have been sold so far.Maid service once a week is also included and we live in a complex across the street so we are available if needed.Building is approx 450 steps to the Marina where there is a fresh fish market and then it's not far to the town center where we have a great selection of restaurants and bars.
RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF AN ALLOWANCE FOR CFE
CONDO IS NON SMOKING AND SORRY BUT NOT PET FRIENDLY
Rent may be paid in Pesos,US or Canadian dollars but for comparisons sake I will quote in US as that seems to be the standard.
1-2 month rental $3,200 per month
3-5 month rental $2,600 per month
6 month rental $2,300 per month
12 month rental $1,600 per month
